Rockman Beast introduces the warring Cyber Beasts Greiga and Falzer, as well as the Navi Trill (who starts out the series as an infant but quickly grows into a young child). Pitted against the newly-emerged Zoanoroid armies of the Cyber Beasts, Netto, Rockman, and a select group of their partners, find themselves drawn into the parallel world of Beyondard. Guided by a mysterious girl, Iris, they join the human resistance in the fight to claim the "Synchronizer" powers of Trill, with which Rockman is able to "Beast Out". Nearing the end of Beast, the android brain belonging to Wily of Beyondard reveals himself along with his lackeys, Captain Kurohige and Chirol, hoping to acquire the victor Cyber Beast as his new body. Ultimately, the two merge together into the Super Cyber Beast Grezar, which becomes Wily's vessel with assistance from Trill's powers. Rockman and Trill merge together and lend their strength to Netto to form a "Juuka Style," giving him the strength to destroy it.

Rockman Beast Episode 1 - Beyondard

Episode Summary: Bubbleman, who was frozen in cyber space by Colonel, finds himself freed when a strange energy appears before him. Left behind is an infant NetNavi. He carries it to NetCity before collapsing and being found by Roll and the others. Meanwhile, strange disturbances appear in the real world as two gigantic cloaked beasts begin battling. Netto, Enzan, and Laika intervene, and the beasts move their battle to the internet. When Rockman battles with them, the infant's power combines with his own, and Rockman defeats the beasts using two new styles modeled after the beasts.

Rockman Beast Episode 2 - Zoanoroid

Episode Summary: Two NetNavis known as Zoanoroids are at war on the internet, one praising the lion Greiga (Zoan Plantman) and the other worshipping falcon Falzer (Zoan Sparkman). The Zoanoroids claim to descend from a world called "Beyondard." As they battle, Rockman and Blues intervene. Meanwhile, Roll takes care of the infant NetNavi who Rockman decides to name "Trill."

Rockman Beast Episode 3 - Copyroid

Episode Summary: Meijin assists Makoto in the production of Copyroids, robots that allow NetNavis to interact in the real world. However, once completed, Zoan Punk appears and forces Makoto to build more Copyroids for his army. Netto and Enzan learn of this and assist Famous in Makoto's rescue, but not before a truck-load of Copyroids are delivered to the Falzer army.This episode shows that Trill will grow up.
